The fully automatic high-speed flat packaging production line XFY-A6352+XFY-S550 is mainly used for flat packaging of various tapes such as OPP carton sealing tape, can realize multi-roll combined and single packaging, has advantages including patented vertical sealing, tool-free width adjustment and high-efficiency energy-saving shrinkage, and can be connected to slitting machines to realize automatic post-section packaging with fast speed and convenient operation.
Basic Use：
It should be mainly used in OPP tape with flat packing, and can produce 6 volumes, 4 volumes, 3 volumes, 2 rolls of combined packaging and single roll packaging. It can also be used for packing cloth substrates, aluminum platinum, grid tape and so on.
Product characteristic：
- Vertical sealing designed, sealing action is stable and fast speed.
- 6 rolls of flat paved packaging can be as fast as 35 packs per minute, 40 packs/min for single roll.
- It is easy to adjust the width and do not need any tools to change the required size quickly.
- The shrinkage furnace is efficient and energy saving, with high wind power, low shrinkage temperature and power consumption.
- The disk and push product belt are all made of non viscose Teflon material, which will never be viscose and durable.
It can realize unmanned operation by connecting an automatic slitting machine to a manual one.
