The fully automatic economical flat packaging machine XFY-A5645+XFY-SJ400 is mainly used for flat packaging of various tapes such as OPP packing tape, can realize 8-roll, 6-roll and other multi-roll combined and single packaging, has advantages including tool-free width adjustment, stable sealing with solid aluminum knife rest, non-adhesive and durable feeding parts, can be connected to slitting machines to realize intermediate unmanned operation, and can be equipped with a high-efficiency and energy-saving shrink furnace.
Basic Use：
It should be mainly used in OPP packing tape packing, and can produce 8 volumes, 6 volumes, 4 volumes, 2 rolls of combined packaging and single roll packaging. It can also be used for packing cloth substrates, aluminum platinum, grid tape and so on.
Product characteristic：
- 6 rolls of flat paved packaging can be as fast as 20 packs per minute, 35 packs/min for single roll.
- It is easy to adjust the width and do not need any tools to change the required size quickly.
- The sealing knife is designed for integral knife and it is not easy to deform. Sealing position is stable and the sealing & cutting speed is fast
- High efficiency and energy saving shrinkage furnace can be selected to save electricity.
- The disk and push product belt are all made of non viscose Teflon material, which will never be viscose and durable.
- It can realize unmanned operation by connecting an automatic slitting machine to a manual one.
