XFY-TBW400 Fully Automatic Multi-Function Horizontal Labeling Machine, high-speed up to 100 rolls per minute, ideal for various tape labeling with optional inkjet printing and stable line production.
Basic Use:
It can be used to complete the whole cylinder stationery tape, the whole box sealing tapes, 6 rolls of flat packing and single box tape. It adopts horizontal transmission, horizontal labeling to increase its stability and improve the labeling efficiency. It can use coder, ink-jet printer as an optional attached to the header. It can print on the label the production date, batch number and barcodes. What is more, it can select ink-jet printer to the conveyor belt so that those printing information can be printed on the products before or after labeling. This machine is also applied to continuous line production.
Product characteristic:
- The labeling speed is high. The machine adopts side horizontal roller conveyor with conveyor chain tilt. The bottle can automatically guide, convey and label stably. Labeling speed is up to 100 bottles/min.
- The labeling quality is good. Bypass correction technology, the head and tail of a label is rightly overlapped. Roller labeling can make no wrinkles, no bubbles, to enhance the quality of packaging.
- Stability is high. The advanced electronic control system which is comprised of imported electrical components supports the equipment running for 7x24hours.
- Intelligent controlled, this machine has function in automatic photoelectric tracking. no labeling if nothing, automatic detection and correction function without labels, so as to prevent missing label and wasting stickers.
- It can be connected to the packaging machine to form an automatic packaging production line.
