The fully automatic cylinder packer XFY-X500-T/X450 meets CE requirements and has CE certification, adopts the latest patented adjustable push plate design, is suitable for various cylindrical tape products such as OPP packing tape, with fast packaging speed and durable sealing, can customize the transportation length and connect to the slitting machine to realize unmanned operation, with strong practicality.
Basic Use：
The cylinder packer is designed for OPP packing tape, stationery tape, PVC electrical tape, textured paper and double-sided adhesive.
Product characteristic：
- The fastest packing speed can realize 18-22 barrels per minute.
- Sealing knife is especially designed. The sealing line is strong and clean, applicable for PVC, POF and PE film packaging.
- The conveyor belt uses a small friction baseband, which does not rub the surface of the adhesive tape and is durable.
- Transportation length can be customized according to production need, long conveyor belt can be put more products in one time.
- When the diameter of the tape is larger, the pre push function can be added to improved the efficiency and stability of the machine.It can be connected to the rear of the full automatic slitting machine and manual slitting machine to realize the unmanned operation in the middle.
